After Sales - Fulfillment Process - Customer Service

, ,Responsibilities :-
- Will be responsible for fulfilling all orders. (Creating manifest - end to end work)
- Will be responsible for complete packing to the end consumer deliveries. (Neatly packed with all branding perfectly done)
- Will be responsible for managing the complete reverse logistics and return management along with rework etc. (Need to handle returns and create return manifest for logistics company)
- Will be responsible for handling customer queries regarding their order delays, shipment issues, delivery exceptions, returns. (Replying back the customers with the current status of their order and providing ETA)
- Need to know how to operate CRM of various logistics companies.
- Will be responsible for personally checking emails for NDR's RTO's DTO's from courier companies and act as per action needed.
- Will be responsible for end to end management with the courier companies regarding orders.
- Will be responsible for managing the shipments across to the delivery centers or to the consumers within the TAT defined from time to time.
- Will be responsible for end to end statutory management and labor management activity
- Will be responsible for bringing in value added services, supporting new initiatives and ensuring the organizational goals being met.
Functional Areas : Inventory, Supply Chain Management, Fulfillments, After Sales, Logistics
Experience : Atleast 6 months experience in E-Commerce industry with understanding of basic needs.
